Ardenti is operated by Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC. References to “Ardenti,” “we,” or “us” mean Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC. Contact: support@ardenti.io.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Ardenti. Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Ardenti is a nutrition tracking and educational tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Calorie and macronutrient targets are general estimates based on the information you provide and established formulas; they are not a prescription. Always consult your physician or a registered dietitian before starting any diet or making changes to your nutrition, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating. You use Ardenti at your own discretion and are responsible for your own choices.

Food information in Ardenti comes from public databases (such as USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts), from manufacturers, and from user submissions. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. We label the source of food data and let you review and correct it, but we do not guarantee its accuracy. Always check the physical product label for the most reliable values.

The nutrition and wellness data you log belongs to you. You grant Ardenti a limited license to store and process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you submit a food correction or a new product, you grant Ardenti permission to review it and, if approved, include the corrected values (without your name) in the shared food database for the benefit of other users.

Use Ardenti only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, scrape or resell its data, upload harmful or infringing content, or misuse another person’s account or information.

If a coach or studio invites you to Ardenti, they may view the data associated with your account to support you, and any coaching guidance they provide is their responsibility, not ours. Ardenti provides the software; it does not employ or supervise coaches and is not responsible for their advice.

Ardenti is under active development. Features may change, pause, or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted. We provide the app on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ardenti and Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Ardenti and delete your account at any time from You → Delete my account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

We may update these terms as Ardenti develops; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: support@ardenti.io.
